Industries we serve

We are generalists in method and specialists in category. These are the sectors where we have run enough engagements to know the suppliers, the price drivers and the seasonal traps.

Discrete & contract manufacturing

Machined parts, castings, fasteners, resins, coatings and MRO. Should-cost models built from material weight, cycle time and regional labour rates — not from last year’s quote plus inflation.

  • Tooling amortisation terms that survive a volume drop
  • Raw-material index clauses tied to a published benchmark
  • Dual-sourcing plans for single-tool parts

Healthcare & dental groups

Med-surg consumables, dental supply, lab reagents, facilities services and GPO contract review. We frequently find that the GPO tier a group is enrolled in no longer matches its actual volume.

  • GPO tier verification and off-contract leakage review
  • Clinician-led product standardisation
  • Recall and lot-traceability documentation

Wholesale & distribution

Inbound freight programmes, vendor allowance capture, private-label sourcing and inventory turn improvement across multi-branch networks.

  • Branch-level price variance analysis
  • Vendor rebate and allowance audit
  • Slow-mover liquidation without margin collapse

Food service & hospitality supply

Non-food categories, disposables, packaging, chemicals and equipment service contracts, plus distribution agreements with cost-plus transparency.

  • Cost-plus distributor agreement audits
  • Packaging spec rationalisation
  • Equipment service contract benchmarking

Building products & construction

Commodity volatility management, project buy-outs, subcontractor prequalification and jobsite logistics scheduling.

  • Escalation clause design for steel and lumber
  • Buy-out comparison packs
  • Jobsite delivery window control

Public sector & education suppliers

Bid compliance support for organisations selling into or buying under public procurement rules, including documentation trails that survive audit.

  • Sealed-bid process documentation
  • Prevailing wage and certification checks
  • Audit-ready award justification files
