We want this website to be usable by everyone, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation or magnification.

1. Our commitment

HPS Holding LLC aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. Accessibility is considered when pages are designed, not retrofitted afterwards.

2. Measures we have taken

  • Semantic HTML landmarks so assistive technology can navigate page structure.
  • A visible “skip to main content” link on every page.
  • Full keyboard operability, including the navigation menu, accordions and cookie banner, with visible focus indicators.
  • Text and background colour combinations tested to meet or exceed a 4.5:1 contrast ratio for body text.
  • Descriptive alternative text for meaningful images; decorative images marked as such.
  • Form fields with persistent labels, required-field indicators and error messages that are announced.
  • Responsive layout that reflows to 320 CSS pixels without horizontal scrolling.
  • Respect for the prefers-reduced-motion setting: animations are disabled when your system requests it.
  • Text can be resized to 200% without loss of content or functionality.

3. Known limitations

  • Some data tables are wide and require horizontal scrolling on small screens. The scroll region is keyboard focusable.
  • Older PDF documents provided on request may not be fully tagged. We will supply an accessible alternative format on request.

4. Assessment approach

Pages are checked manually with keyboard-only navigation and screen-reader spot checks, supported by automated tooling during development. We review the whole site at least once a year and whenever a page template changes.

5. Feedback and reporting a barrier

If you encounter a barrier, please tell us which page, what you were trying to do and which assistive technology or browser you were using.
